The DS Directory has been protected with a type of Reverse Turing Test know as a Captcha. For more information, see below. Otherwise, you may view the DS Directory by entering the three-letter code and clicking submit.
More Information:
If you are a real person, you will be able to recognize the letters in the image and type them in the box. If you are a computer program, you will probably not be able to read the letters. Various aspects of the image make it difficult for image recognition software to determine which letters are present, while leaving it relatively easy for a human to do so. This keeps spam programs from sending our email addresses unwanted mail.
This process is called a Reverse Turing Test, because it uses a computer to test a subject (you) and determine if that subject is human. In a normal Turing Test, the opposite occurs - a human tests a subject to determine if it is a computer.
For more information, see the Wikipedia articles for Captcha and Reverse Turing Test.
